Hi, I have a 9088 that is really slow to power up, 2-3 minutes after plugging in. After that everything work fine.
Would replacing the psu capacitors help or is it a sign of something else?

Yes I fixed the same problem by replacing the PSU caps. The unit is much faster when powed up.
