AKG LYRA just stopped working on MacbookPro 16—what could have happened

I shifted LYRA to the (Apple custom) Macbook Pro 16" about 10 months ago from (Apple custom) a Macbook Pro 15" 2013 without any issues. 3-4 days ago—it just stopped showing up. I have rebooted the computer several times, and now even changed the cable. No effect. Any advice?
