MET-ECOM video failure

Recently I took off MET-ECOM-AB and when I brought it to an office for tests I found that internal video camera doesn't work properly. It sends only one frame which was made at first seconds after switching on.
I updated firmware to 1.01.22 and tried 1.01.15,1.01.20 but got no result.

Any ideas?

Have you worked with another unit to be able to compare and be certain you are operating it correctly?

No. I have only one here and it works good before I brought it to an office.

On http://x.x.x.x/pages/settings_video.xml it doesn't show a picture.

On http://x.x.x.x/pages/stream_cam_wg.mjpeg?source=1 it shows only one frame.

PS. And system reset didn't help.

Well, I just replaced it to new one and it works like a sharm.
