Hi guys,
I want to do SIP communication between SIP phones and iPads. My IT guy did the configuration for iPads and phones. Phones are working perfectly for intercom with other phones. But when I call from iPads it is giving error Media not supported q.850; cause=65.
I had given sip IP address, username,password in sip settings and in advance settings, it is UDP port 5060 proxy:same IP of sip server.
Is there anything extra to do in sip settings in tpcontrol.
Or is it a problem from SIP configuration of IT guy.
