MT-1002 Backbox Installation Problem

I just got an MT-1002 panel, but it won't snap into the backbox. Anyone had similar trouble? I hang it from the top, like the instructions say, and then lightly swing it down. It sits in the box level, but nothing clicks. It won't stay in place. Any clue what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

    It isn't the worlds best mounting method, but did not have that problem myself. Make sure the backbox is flat against the wall and not over tight or bend due to irregularities in the construction of the wall. Are the tabs on the bottom of the box undamaged?

    Thanks. Everything's intact. Just doesn't snap. Weird.
