ACR-5100 - Software only solution

Hi,

We have an Acendo ACR-5100 Core at work. The Fanless PC has failed several times and has typically been replaced under warranty for a new device, this in itself is a big undertaking as we require an engineer to remove the hardware each time it fails since it's hidden behind a large touchscreen.

Can you comment if the Acendo Core Software can instead be purchased under licence and installed to one of our own mini PC's. The software suite is useful for the way we work but the Core PC is just unworkable moving forward and our senior managers are now looking for an alternative solution.

    Rich,
    The software was written to a specific hardware set and is not portable. Several have asked, but it is not available as software at this time.
