Multiple Touchpanels show SN 000000 and MAC 0011:2233:4455

So, I'm not an AMX guy, but I support an operations center with around 100 NXT-CA7 touchpanels and a couple of larger ones (irrelevant). Anyways, I was recently asked to look at a couple of touchpanels that were working intermittently. I figured out quickly that it was a network issue since the switches are seeing multiple touch panels with the same MAC address. I don't know how long this has been going on for, but I currently have four of these devices and, because of the non-unique MAC, I can only have one on the network at a time.

There doesn't appear to be any way to address this issue through telnet, I've already reflashed the firmware, but I'm guessing this is hardcoded in some EEPROM at the factory. Any clue on I can fix this or make it work enough to get us through the next year until our operations center AV system is refurbished?
