MD-702 with black screen

I have tried to do a firmware upgrade on a MD-702, but after the process all I have is a black screen. The unit has powered on and I can ping it but nothing on the screen. Anybody got any ideas? This panel is used for room booking, Acendo mode

    Are you able to bring up the panel menu pages to factory reset the unit? You know the IP address, so can you vnc into it? Can you telnet/ssh into the unit?

    No Chris I cannot bring the panel menu pages up. i can VNC into it but can see nothing.

    Knowing the IP, can you telnet and reset to factory from there as a next step in your troubleshooting?
