Hi,
I was wondering why the IRS4 webpage have not been updated to make the hotfix available to download (which is pretty old) ?
If anyone is struggling with their IR ports pulsing but not sending any data below is the link for the hotfix that was sent back in 2016. I have this bug on firmware version 1.0.49.

In general, only RELEASE firmware is posted to AMX.com product pages. HOTFIX firmware is available from Tech Support and can be found on the HARMAN Pro Anytime Help Center (aka Knowledgebase):

Thank you, I was not aware of that. Yet, I don't understand why since the first release of this device you're telling me there was not any released firmwares since then ? Even for a critical bug like this one ? That mean in my case i am not able to use this product out of the box, i must patch it in order to use it ? I mean, the latest patch is from 2016 apparently and since then nothing was released , also, the help center is not linked to the device page which is really annoying, i wasted so much time trying to figure out what was wrong.. even google doesn't show this help center page, at least not in the first results in my case.
