How to delete programs in Muse Controller

I have uploaded via Visual studio code two programs but I am not able to delete the old program from the Muse controller. Let me know the steps to delete the program.

    You can delete the file via an FTP operation in VS Code.

    On another note, how many programs can run continuously in a Muse Controller.
