Hi, Is there a way to avoid the fan speed to go up and down all the time on SVSI decoder. This is really boring and clients keep on complaining about that noise. There is no way except with a send_command to know the temperature of the device, why not displaying that on the webpage??? . There is no control on the fan speed. I tried different firmware from 1.5.82 to 1.5.380 and they are all the same.

afaik the fans are regulated by temperature, I'm not aware of a kind of an overwrite.
You may do a request to Tech Support, for a modification of the temperature regulation.
Done, will see if something come out of this...
