NI700 after Tech Note 790 died

Guys,
I followed the instructions for making an NI700 with firmware 3.12.335 show the G3 panels and enable the WEB control.When I changed the duet memory with the set duet command from 1M to 12M and reboot, my controller died! I cannot communicate anymore with the NI700, the axlink led is always on and there isn't much I can do.Any suggestions?

    Does it have a program loaded? Try starting it up with the program disable switch on. If you can get in it then, I would reload the firmware and the program before turning it back on.

    I disabled the program running on the NI and I gained the lost communication.Then I reload the program and everything now works fine.
