Any experiences with Extron Crosspoint 300 Duet module?

Has anyone tried the Duet module (Extron_Crosspoint300_Comm_dr1_0_0.jar) for a Crosspoint switcher? I was trying it out a bit today, and even with using the UI file and the example workspace files, it didn't seem to quite function all the way. I got pulled out of the office in the middle of it, so I don't have any notes, but as I remember correctly, the volume controls didn't seem to completely function and it continually reported "Data not Initialized". Didn't have much time to mess with it, but thought I'd go ahead and see if anyone had experience with it - positive or otherwise. Thanks.

    Hi Matt,

Any luck using the module I have to make a program next week to control the Crosspoint 300.
So any info would be handy! Because i'm new in using the Duet stuff!

    Thanks

    Tom,
  • In the interest of time, I scrapped the module and just used my normal Extron switcher code. I never did have a chance to go back and try again, but I'd love to know your results if you end up using it.
  • OK Matt thanks I'll let you know!
  • Works fine!

Finally had the time to finish the project and try the duet module.
After implementing it into my program the only problem I had was an error after a build.
    ERROR: File not found: [devicesdkrt.jar]
Installing the Duet Runtime Environment was the solution!

    The module works perfect!

    Cheers Tom,
