Does anyone have, or know where I can find, an Ipod icon with a transparant background?

try these

here are two I edited in GIMP previously. They are not perfect but might do the job. You may need to scale them down to fit the required size. Hope this helps

This is Tango icons theme and Human Azul theme it's under Creative common licence or in gpl. Please read the licence for more info on the use.

You should find the svg files and edit to save in 128x128 px with inkscape
