i want down the amx software but amx website can't down.

    You must have the rights to download the software. Call AMX and see if you account supports this request.

    If your account doesn't have the right to download.... then you can't download any files... why not telling us what do you want and maybe we can help you on a regular bases ;)

    Thomas is correct. Give Customer Service a call and they will help you get set up.
