iMerge S-3000 Module Disconnects

We have noticed that the latest Amx module developed by iMerge for S-3000, is occasionally losing connection from the Amx controller to the S-3000. The "Disconnect" button goes red and pressing the "Connect" button has no effect.
The web interface of the server is OK and responsive.

The only way to reconnect is to reboot the sever.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way around?

Xiva Link Version : 2.0.3
Driver Version : v.1.20.0 ?02/15/07? ?01:00?14?
Amx :NXI-ME 260, MVP-8400i and a couple of G3 panels
