NI4100 1.13.7 & 3.30.371

I have never seen this one before but I am finding that comm ports stop working after some time and all I get is garbage data back from comm ports 5 & 6. I sent the comm ports a get baud command and sure enough they have somehow magically changed their baud rates on their own. Both comm ports are connected to AP switches that are runnning duet modules and the modules set up the port so I don't send any port setup commands to these ports. Yet I have seen this happen twice now. I thought I might be sending the wrong baud rate information somehow but the rate changes to 38400 and I don't have any devices that run at that speed other than a BK receiver that is on a card slot. Anyone seen this behavior?
