Format Raw in Compact Flash

When the MVP 8400's hang, I try to opened the CF, and I want copy files from the normal one, OS ask me to format the system.
mybe there's any body know software which can read the raw volume label.

    WinHex can image a CF card if you have the appropriate drive, and restore the image to another card.
