Move License to New Computer

Anyone know how to do this, or does AMX have to reset the registration before you can install?

    I think you have to call AMX. I discussed this once with Tech Support, but it was a while ago so I may be misremembering.

    Yes, you have to call them to reset it, been through it a few times myself until I just stopped installing it.

    Edit: going too fast here, thought we were discussing VA (didn't note the sub-forum). I haven't actually gone through it with Cafe Duet; I imagine its the same procedure though.

    Yes, call AMX and they can make the changes necessary to allow you to transfer to a new computer. I did it and it was painless and easy to do.
