Changing Baud rate

I have an NI-3000 device and he is program to Baud rate 38400 and I want to change his baud rate to 9600 how can I do that ??

    At the data event:online for the serial port you wish to change, send a SET BAUD command. Check the command syntax in the programmer's guide for the nI-3000 manual.

    Also, for the programming port there are dip switches to be set. Also in the manual, I think.
