AVX-400 with a Novara Keypad CP-1008

Is there a way to connect a CP-1008 to an AVX-400? Do we need to program the Novara keypad first? I don't see an AVX-400 in the RS-232 library of the Novara DCS.

    Serial is the only way I believe. If you need a passive keypad to use with the AVX I believe you have to use an SP not a CP, and connect it over Axlink. The CP pads have built in controllers in them so a AVX isn't really needed.
