I own and have been working with the Drive rack for about 4 years. Every since the OS 10 They have been behind! Now on Catalina Cannot use the Mac OS 64 BIT Version because not a copy exists. Im out raged by this because the mac tool is a handy tool as well as the IOS version that still works but not mac. Sounds like the last time with the IPAD version. Keep an eye on version updates. But times are moving fast paced. About to ditch the DBX entirely...

We have sent in an escalation for a Catalina version, but this has not materialized, hopefully soon.

It will be coming, which I know it's not as quick as you'd like but guaranteed it is to be updated. Just asked, again no exact schedule or ETA info I can impart at this time. Appreciate your feedback.

I am past Catalina and running on Big Sur... I just bought this rack and you're saying it will not run on MAC is that correct? Unless it's an old mac before Catalina?
I have no Schedule or ETA update for the Mac Catalina and Big Sur compatible app, I will announce it when there is a release

No update for ETA as of now, but I am constantly telling them that we need this to be released ASAP
Bought a PA2 and am surprised that no current version of MACOS will work. Can't believe that ths problem is two years old. Harman, this is not that difficult. Get help from Apple to update the old version.
Wish I had an schedule or ETA but as of yet, nothing to report. I am letting them know constantly. My hands are tied until they decide to do something about it.
