DBX Venu 360
Hi
My Venu 360 cannot get passed the splash boot screen. It's just frozen.
I have a video of the issue. Notice that a red LED inside the device is blinking red.

Does anyone in here have a solution for this, either than repair?

In cass someone else sees this, that need the same support.
With help from Harman support the following helped.
1) Erase the firmware, while powering up press and hold buttons EDIT + RECALL and wait until the countdown finishes and the firmware is erased
2) Use the manufacturing updater to reinstall the firmware
3) Once the firmware has been reinstalled, update the firmware with the updater that can be found on the DBX website

Hi Soren, sorry I did not see this previously, but I do not actively monitor anything marked under the Archive threads, make a thread in the main threads going forward. Glad you were able to contact support and get up and working.
