Setting Input to Mono

Hi, know this question has been asked before, but how does one change the input from stereo to mono. Page 6 of the manual details this, but like others have mentioned, it seems to skip the stereo/mono selection screen and go straight to the EQ setup screen. I have updated to the most recent and GUI. Any help on this would be great, I have had no other problems learning any other aspect of the system, so missing such a simple step is frustrating!

select stereo (allows 2 inputs)
select dual mono (allows separate auto eq sequences for each input)
select equipment.. might as well select custom for the system and do a proper gain structure...
need sleep...
