Help!!??

I own 2 driverack 260's and 2 laptops. I have tried both an off brand rsr232 to usb adapter and have tried the one "highly recommended" by DBX which is the one made by USBGear. I am not having ANY luck getting any combination of them to connect to the driveracks. Any suggestions?

    Nevermind. Got it. Baud rate.....duh.
