I'm new to livesound. Since my speakers are not selectable in the wizard, I’m looking for advice on Xover Frequency settings, filter type, slopes, Delay, and PEQ. I have a DriveRack PA+ and need a 2x4 Program. Please excuse my inexperience and I would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance for any help!

hmmm so you have amps pretty much matched to the speakers... I would:
    1. use the 100hz LPF LR24 for the subs, and set a 40-47.5 hz HPF using BW18 filter
    2. use 100hz HPF LR24 for the tops...

Eq... no idea... no one is gonna have those speakers... I suggest an auto eq pass outdoors, away from all reflective surfaces with flat response and medium precision following the edicts here...
