Preset control (3rd party)

Having a heck of a time locating hiqnet commands for presets, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sorry! This is for System Architect!

I am controlling the SC 32 with an iPad and need to locate the command strings. Normally, you can right clck on the item being controlled to get the commands.

    Huh? what exactly are you trying to do? What HiQnet commands for what presets? how about some specifics...

    Do not stress over it, I received my answer this morning from Tech Support!

    For anyone else looking for this answer:

    Select "Device" from the Ribbon Toolbar and select your SC32 in the Venue.

    Then select "Copy Preset String" underneath Mute Device and Unmute Device.
