exporting programs

I need to export custom setting from my 260. I think I've got it already but wanted to be sure. What is the proper procedure for this action?

Also, what do I need to do to send one back for repair?

    Right click on the top blue bar..
    click [Export program]
    follow the prompts, name the file and save it

    To restore A file, see above but [Import program]

    To send product for repair, click on TECH SUPPORT and get an RA# before you send it in...
