Summed outputs, and delay times...

I'm looking to start using PA2's instead of Behringer Ultra-Drive's for some permanent installations, but can't seem to find definitive information on whether I can use the PA2 as more of a venue loudspeaker controller.
Basically I'd like some outputs stereo, and others Summed Mono, along with delays of up to 20 Meters on individual (mono) outputs... and perhaps even different crossover/eq on the individual outputs (not pairs).
Can anyone advise if this is possible?

Delay: Only 10ms per output. Not nearly enough for 20m.
X-over: Within the confines of full range output, you can have different high pass and low pass filters.
EQs: Common GEQ for all outputs (on the input side), and 8 band PEQ on each output.
Don't know if that helps.
