Front panel update required

in dbx Software
My dbx driverack pa2 was workinf fine until one day i turn it on and the screen says ‘front panel update required’. It does not respond to anything at all. I’ve tried soft and hard reset with no luck. Any suggestions?

    I got it sorted out. Up and running again

    @HARMAN_Rob my dbx driverack pa2 was powering on, but stuck on a screen that said ‘front panel uodate required’ and would not boot pass that. Called tech support and they sent me the file for ‘manufacturers update’, i followed the prodecure and that helped my situation.

    Meu dbx driverack pa2 foi workinf bem até que um dia eu ligá-lo e a tela diz 'atualização do painel frontal necessária'. Não responde a nada. Eu tentei uma reinicialização suave e difícil sem sorte. Alguma sugestão?

    I have the same issue, FRONT PANEL UPDATE REQUIRED
    Please I need a fix for this asap, I have a few gigs line up in the next 2 days.

    You can download the PA2 Manufacturing Firmware Updater here:

    You will need a USB Cable and a Windows PC. Instructional how to .pdf is included in the .zip
