My Mid Range does't seem to be sending out any signal. The signal bar is dead also so nothing from the speakers when i hook the up on that channel. Talking about the dbx pa2. Any advise? please and thanks.

I assume you picked a preset or made one that is mono? Do all the mute lights come on?
Which outputs are you using? Do you have a Stereo 3 Way preset loaded or custom made from the Wizard? Also make sure the mutes are not engaged as dlbnh noted.
