PA2 Crossover Settings

I am setting up the crossover for a system with 2 speakers and 1 subwoofer. The speakers, Magnepan 3.7i's, have a rated frequency response of 35Hz- 40 kHz. The current crossover does not sound bad, but I am concerned I don't have the settings correct. Here are the settings I am using:

HIGHS:
High Pass = 35 Hz
Low Pass = Out
Gain = 0.0 dB

LOWS:
High Pass = Out
Low Pass = 35Hz
Gain = 0.0 dB

Polarity is set to **Normal **for both.

Type is set to Linkwitz Riley 12dB/oct and Linkwitz Riley 48dB/oct.

Any problems with these settings?

One other question:

The headroom indicators never seem to show much in the way of a signal. I am using a Benchmark DAC2 HGC, and have played with the input sensitivity button on the back of the PA2 without any noticeable change. Any thoughts on why I can't see

    It is now, we had undergone some transition changes and the forums are being monitored.

    To answer your question. If the speakers are well within that range, then it should work, but I personally would set it more like this:

    HIGHS:
    High Pass = 100 Hz
    Low Pass = Out
    Gain = 0.0 dB

    LOWS:
    High Pass = 35Hz (there is no point setting this to out, but you could
    Low Pass = 100Hz
    Gain = 0.0 dB

    Sorry for the long delay, we have only just recently been given the official go ahead to officially respond to these threads via tech support. :smiley:
