Hola al conectar router tp link al pa2 no reconoce ip, las luces posteriores de red no encienden.

    Try a factory soft or hard reset

    Soft reset, hold Utility button on power up, follow the onscreen prompts
    Hard reset, hold Store button on power up, follow the onscreen prompts.

    If it does not resolved then you will need to look into service option. If you are in the US, you can setup a warranty case 2 years from purchase date, after which there is a service fee to fix the unit.

    Outside of the US you will need to contact your distributor

    Bonjour,
    Voila plusieurs mois que j'ai acheté le dbx drivepack pa2 mais je n'arrive toujours pas à le connecter à un ordinateur on mon telephone portable. Dans le pannel "SYSTEM INFO" il m'est indiQU2/ iP: Disconnected.
    Je pense que cela vient de ce probleme. Pouvez vous m'aider?

    Is the router you have it hooked up to a DHCP router?
