While this forum is a great place for our community to get together, support each other, and talk all things HARMAN... keep in mind this should not be considered a substitute for our live Tech Support. Tech Support engineers may or may not be on the forum helping our users, but the only direct path to proper Tech Support is to call us.

If you're having an issue with a product, feel free to call our HARMAN Pro Tech Support at +1 (844) 776-4899 or on the web at https://pro.harman.com/service . There is a form submission on the website, but I would recommend calling for the quickest service.

This contact number will work for US as well as International, though some regions outside of North America get support directly from the HARMAN distributor in that region. Feel free to check with your distributor on the best method to get your product supported. You are still welcome to call the number above; our Tech Support coordinators can help get you connected to the right person/group regardless.

    Its like a big circle jerk .....Go to digitech....I have questions.....hit support......hmmm....there is downloads...hmmm...there is FAQs.....OH,.....there is "Have a question?"/....oh good ....thats what I want...

    I filled out the form here for support on May 4th: https://digitech.com/en-US/support

    I received no email acknowledgment that the form was successfully submitted, and no one from Harman has contacted me.

    I understand that calling will provide a quicker response, but even so, it shouldn't take this long to hear back (or NOT to hear back) from a website form submission.

    Obviously it's difficult for me to know if you filled out the form fully/correctly, successfully completed the reCAPTCHA bot verification, etc., so I cant comment on the form's effectiveness.

    Always CALL. You will talk to a live person and get a case number that you can continue to refer to & check up on.

    Okay, but I also sent an email directly to [email protected] on May 4th at 4:02PM EST. It didn't bounce back so I assume it was successfully sent. Still no response 11 days later

    I'll call, but if you're going to present both the website and email address as support options, they should work. If not, then the support site should be updated to reflect your advice to me: always call.
