Recently I viewed the London Architect picture that shows a device BLU 800 with several bundles (16) with 2 channels each.
How to do that ?

    You have an IDX configured BSS device there. The IDX server used dynamic cobra net bundle assignments to direct pages. IDX is/was a paging system sold by Harman, typically for use in airports and such.
