Unable to save or access settings on a second Android. Primary iPad works fine.

I am working with a Soundcraft UI16 for which I have inherited support.
I am able to connect to the WiFi from both the initial iPad and a new secondary Android, but I am unable to access any of the settings other than the volume sliders on the Android. The iPad works perfectly, can access settings, etc.
There is no master password for the Soundcraft Interface.
Any thoughts?
