I need support on this problem...I bought to use with my Ipad Pro and can’t install the app...
How can I fix that? I just bought my Pa2 and now this bad surprise!

Hi Reynaldo. We have no had it reported that this is the case. Make sure you iPad is updated and go to the iTunes App Store and search for the PA2 Control App. If you are still having issues, please call or email:
