What would cause a couple of our flown JBX PRX812W cabinets be displaying flashing Mic lights, channel 1 && 2 ??

SO-Far a waste of time && energy.. I expected more from the JBL community.. Evidently lot's has changed, dealing with support ..
I have a pair of PRX812s. I noticed the same thing. There are 3 stages of gain instead of two like the manual says. OFF, FLASHING, SOLID. I don't know if the firmware programmers screwed up or what.
