NOT able to find "JBL Compact Connect" app in Android Play Store

Hi,
I am NOT able to find "JBL Compact Connect" app in Android Play Store.
But, I am able to see JBL Pro Connect there .

I tried below link available in JBL website to download/install the app.
https://jblpro.com/en-US/softwares/eon-one-compact-connect-android

But, I am getting error in Google Play saying:
"This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android".
My Pixel 3a running Android 12. I am seeing same error in another phone running Android 11 also.

What can be done to install the Compact connect app in my phone?
I want to use it with EON One Compact?

    Additional input:
    In Stackoverflow page I see a comment that Apps' target version to be updated. Not sure this gives any clue.

    @George_JBL
    As per the confirmation by our QA team, Android 11 and Android 12 supported Samsung phones are able to install and successfully run the application. Can you please try with the any Samsung Phone which support either Android 11 or Android 12?

    I just tried the link below on Samsung Galaxy A51 with Android 11 and it is getting same error message.

    Same issue here. Help! I bought this BECAUSE of the mixing app as a back up for my Behringer mixer. I thought who could possibly be worse than Behringer at keeping software working...

    I am absolutely furious! I just bought two Eon units and now I see all the associated apps have absolutely terrible scores.

    How can you be selling something for $1000AUD and not have a working app for something that is advertised as having an app?

    I've been wading around APK sites installing older versions of the app and they call come up as "Demo Speaker" even when connected via Bluetooth.

    This is insane. Never again. Hopefully I can return both units and just buy Yamaha.

    In Mar'23, I used below link to download the App and it worked fine.

    But, on Jun14th when I tried the same link on another phone with Android 12, it is not working(giving same error message (This app isn't available for ...).
    Not sure why this is happening

    I had the same problem - latest Samsung Galaxy S23 and latest O/S version.
    Reseller wasn't able to help other than to say it was a "known issue". I sent emails to Harman APAC in Singapore and eventually got a reply.
    Today I was able to download the 'Compact Connect' using this link provided by them - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.harman.jbl.eoncompact&pli=1
    The app connected to my speaker and appears to be working properly.

    I have this issue too. I bought the Eon One MK2 and have had nothing but problems. The app loads on my phone Samsung S20, but its not available in google play for my Huawei T5 pad.
    Also I have s Bluetooth issue - I press play on any mp3 player and on screen it starts but audio doesn't play till 3 seconds in, so I lose the start of each backing track. I've never had this problem with the cheapest bluetooth receiver.
    I bought it for the convenience of set up and reduce the external devices attached, I also I hate wires. I've been using a Turbosound Ip1000. It's so easy to use, good sound but I wanted to get away from using an external mixing desk, wires and PAT testing. If these can't be sorted it goes back.
