I have a question regarding time that it takes for Martin to repair a broken product.
One month ago I sent my moving head light fixture to Martin for repair (with RMA).
I received the confirmation e-mail that the unit has arrived and is waiting to be repaired.
Is there anybody here who can tell me how long it usually takes for Martin repair facility to do their job? I've sent several e-mail messages to the tech support address asking for at least very approximate time estimate. However, I always get the same answer:
"Once in repair it usually can take 5-10 business days for repair."
So, is there a way to find out how long it will take for them to start repairing the fixture?
