Approved or blacklisted routers and WAP's

We've got a client with an Si Impact. They've had some connectivity issues with their iPads. We're installing a WAP and want to get them be better router. Is there a list of approved or blacklisted routers, switches, and WAP's for console control? (also interested in this for the other console series)

    I'm using a Nowsonic Stage Router Pro for different Soundcraft and Yamaha Desk with an iPad.
    Works without any problem.
    In case of switches I would go for cisco. GS 300 or 350.
    It's also the brand which is preferred by Dante.
