Impact loses data

Hi,
It allready happened to me 2 times, that when I start up my Impact console, everything is on default settings. When I navigate to the MMC to load a show, everything is gone (empty).
It looks like somehow the console doesn't see the internal SD card.
Solutions in both cases was to turn the console off and on again.
I really don't like this.
Does anybody have a clue what this could be?
Firmware is on 2.0 build 4.

Could it be that the shows on the card were created with the desk using the older firmware (v1.0) or with the Offline-Editor V1.2.6? So maybe run into that conflict that as written on the webpage Frimware 2.0 is not compatible with 1.0. I think it's a shame that soundcraft is not able for so a long time to bring out an Offline-Editor that is up to date. So if you want to use the Offline-Editor you have to stuck with firmware 1.0., very bad
