UI 12 Aux sends

Now I know im missing something but here we go:
I want to use headphone 1 & 2 as aux 3 & 4 mono. I plug headphone into Aux 3 but only get 1 side when I bring it up. I get the other side if I bring up Aux 4. How can I get both left & right to work at once on 1 aux?
I havent had a way to test this in 1 & 2 because they are XLR out but will these 2 be the same?

    Go to Settings on the top line.
    Change Headphones out to Aux.
    Go to AuxSends.
    On the bottom Line hold your finger on Aux 3 or 4 to bring up the menu.
    select sterio.
    Thats it.
