soundcraft notepad-8fx audio out not working

A few days ago the audio output on my notepad 8fx quit working. Headphones and Master LR don't work, but strangely, the mic inputs do. My Windows 10 PC still recognizes the device is there, thinks it's set to default. I tried reinstalling the drivers twice, didn't work. Any ideas, or is my device toast now?

    This is likely some sort of hardware failure. You should contact technical support in your region. If you are in North America you can call +1 (844) 776-4899 and select option 2. ( I THINK)

    Also are the LED meters working on your main(master) output? My guess is that they are not. If so it i looks to me like there is an OpAmp/Chip or something around that on the master output which has likely failed.
