Issue with ui16

My mixer has stopped to work and all channels are receiving signal even without any cables connected. I just left the network cable connected and on the computer panel, it shows as if it had audio input on all channels.
I tried to reset it, but I can't. Apparently the reset button does not work.
Can any one help me?

    This sounds like a hardware issue or failure- I would contact the Soundcraft Distributor in your country or if you are in North America- call +1 (844) 776-4899
