VI 2000 FX

Hi i have a Vi2000 mixing console and there are only 4 Lexicon effects onboard and i think with a mixer like this must have more effect processors onboard. At the moment i am very limited to what effect to use and it is very depressing. VI4 has about 10 different Lexicon Effect. If possible kindly add more effect to a software upgrade. If anyone can help me also get connect to more FX to my board i will be grateful. Thank you

    The DSP that supports the Lexicons is built in and non-expandable so there will be no additonal FX units added. As noted Vi4/6 and Vi5000/7000 have 8. The only option would be to use external plug in host from Universal Audio or Waves.
