ui 12 LED BLINK AND NO AUDIO RECIVES AND NO SEND

hello my console dosent work.
when i turn on the console the leds are blinking and when i connect to wifi works only the wifi conection but when i wanna put some music in any channel doesnt work why? .

i trying fulreset txt and nothing and i try updating firmware and nothing ºplease help

    I am having the same issue. The blue Wifi LED blinks and the 2 green LEDs at the master outputs blink. I can't connect a remote device (tablet) so nothing works. This started happening over a month ago and my only fix was to repeatedly turn it off and on, sometimes taking 40 minutes to work. Tech support has been useless and they won't replace the unit even though it is within the warranty period. I have the latest firmware version. I wonder how many out there have the same problem.

    My ui24 has as same issue. Try to reset but All are reset procedures has failed!

    updatesI am disappointed in the technical support, 5 months and can not help me, apparently we are several people who have this problem please somebody help!!!!
