Soundcraft UI24r can't connect to MAC or Windows by USB I/F - device not recognised

Hi there,
I recently purchased a UI24r and I have some issues. By connecting both to Windows or Mac by USB I/F the computers won't recognise the device. (On Windows: The last USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it).
I tried twice to reinstall the latest firmware:Ui24R Firmware Update v3.3 Last Updated: Jun 01, 2020
Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I am also consistently experience this message on Windows 10 laptops when connecting to the I/F port on the Soundcraft UI24R

    USB device not recognized
    The last USB device you connected to this computer
    malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.

    Recommendation:
    Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not
    recognize it, your device may not be working properly.

    Did you ever find a solution for this issue?

    Same here Guys. Tried on iMac and windows. Firmware and drivers all updated. Any news?
