Connect cell phone through wifi

New to this forum and my new ui24r. I finally figured out how to connect my Android phone to play through the Soundcraft to my speakers by using the line In/RCA jacks. But what I really need it to connect the phone through wifi. When I connect the phone to the Soundcraft wifi, open the ui software on my phone through a browser it launches but the sound is still coming out of my phone and not the ui. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any suggestions. Dave

    Controlling device can’t transfer any sounds through wi-fi.
    It’s a remote controller.
