sound from PC to mixer is bad

Good day. I have connected my PC audio output to one of the channels on the UI16. But the sound is bad, vocal is soft and the music is okay. How can I fix this issue

    Hi generally pc sends a stereo signal so if your sending a stereo to a mono plug it’s sounds fuzzy etc ,you need to send it to two channels left &right or patch into the line in using rca plugs
